Cold Meat Salad Recipe

Instructions

  1. Cut cold meat into very thin slices.
  2. Chop four anchovies freed from bone, one small onion and one tablespoon of parsley.
  3. Mix in a salad bowl with two tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of mild vinegar, French mustard, pepper and salt.
  4. Cover and let stand two hours, then serve garnished with parsley and pickles.
