Cold Meat Salad Recipe

Instructions
- Cut cold meat into very thin slices.
- Chop four anchovies freed from bone, one small onion and one tablespoon of parsley.
- Mix in a salad bowl with two tablespoons of oil, one tablespoon of mild vinegar, French mustard, pepper and salt.
- Cover and let stand two hours, then serve garnished with parsley and pickles.
