Coffee Sauce Recipe 1

Instructions

1. Beat the yolks of two eggs with one- fourth cup of sugar, add half a cup of freshly made, clear, strong, black coffee and cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until it commences to thicken.
2. When cold add a cup of whipped cream.
3. Serve ice cream in glasses and heap the sauce over the top.
