Coffee Custard Recipe

Ingredients for Coffee Custard Recipe

• 2 cups milk
• 2 tablespoons ground coffee
• 3 eggs
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. Scald milk with coffee, and strain.
2. Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, salt, vanilla, and milk.
3. Strain into buttered individual moulds, set in pan of hot water, and bake until firm.
