Ingredients for Codfish (salt) With Celery And Cream

  • 4 cups salt codfish, shredded
  • 2 cups celery, washed, chopped fine
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Pour water and cream over the codfish.
  2. Add celery, seasonings and butter.
  3. Put in a sauce pan.
  4. Cover.
  5. Let cook slowly for about 10 minutes.
  6. Then serve.
