Ingredients for Codfish (salt) With Celery And Cream
- 4 cups salt codfish, shredded
- 2 cups celery, washed, chopped fine
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Pour water and cream over the codfish.
- Add celery, seasonings and butter.
- Put in a sauce pan.
- Cover.
- Let cook slowly for about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
