Ingredients for Coconut Pralines

  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • ½ cup rich milk
  • 1-¾ cups desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine the corn syrup, sugar and milk and boil rapidly to 238 degrees For until a little forms a soft ball when tried in cold water.
  2. Beat until it begins to cream, add the coconut and drop by good-sized teaspoons onto pans sparingly oiled with corn oil.
