- 1 cup corn syrup
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- ½ cup rich milk
- 1-¾ cups desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Combine the corn syrup, sugar and milk and boil rapidly to 238 degrees For until a little forms a soft ball when tried in cold water.
- Beat until it begins to cream, add the coconut and drop by good-sized teaspoons onto pans sparingly oiled with corn oil.
