Ingredients for Coconut Custard Pie Recipe
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 oz. coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter in a bowl and stir in the sugar, flour, milk, and eggs.
- Beat in the milk until creamy but not watery.
- Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
