Ingredients for Cocoanut Filling

  • Whites 2 eggs
  • Fresh grated cocoanut
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat whites of eggs on a platter with a fork until stiff.
  2. Add enough powdered sugar to spread.
  3. Spread over cake, sprinkle thickly with cocoanut.
  4. Use for layer cake, having filling between and on top.
