Ingredients for Cocoanut Custard Pudding
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup coconut, grated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Mix together eggs and sugar.
- Add slowly the scalded milk.
- Strain through a strainer.
- Add the flavoring extract and the prated coconut.
- Fill a pudding dish with the custard mixture.
- Set pudding dish in a baking pan partially filled with water.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
