Ingredients for Cocoanut Cakes Recipe 2

  • Mix thoroughly
  • 2½ cups shredded cocoanut
  • 2/3 cup condensed milk and
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat

Instructions

  1. Two egg whites until stiff, combine mixtures, shape into cakes, using a knife and spoon, and allowing one rounding tablespoon mixture to each cake.
  2. Place on greased tin sheets one inch apart.
  3. Bake in moderate oven or at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
