Instructions
- Boil one and one-half tablespoons of cocoa in one-half cup of water until smooth, glossy and thickened, then add two cups each of milk and water or one quart of milk.
- Heat but do not allow it to boil again and just before serving beat vigorously with an egg beater.
- This "millings" improves the texture and brings out the flavor.
