Ingredients for Clams, Stuffed
- 24 clams, washed
- 1 tablespoon celery, washed, chopped fine
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Stuffed Recipe, Put clams in a kettle.
- Cover.
- Cook them until they are opened.
- Remove clams from shells and chop them.
- In a bowl mix the butter, onion, celery, breadcrumbs, seasonings and chopped clams.
- Mix to a paste.
- Stuff 24 clamshells with the mixture.
- Place clams in a baking pan.
- Bake in hot oven for about3 minutes.
- Then serve.
