Chopped Egg Sauce Recipe

- Prepare White sauce and add one chopped, hard-boiled egg, a little minced parsley and a few drops onion juice, if desired.

- 1-1/2 tablespoons corn oil
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Argo or Kingsfords Cornstarch
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- Stir the corn oil, cornstarch and seasonings together in a small saucepan.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly.
- Bring to boiling point and boil three minutes.
