Ingredients for Chocolate Souffle

  • 1 cup scalded milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 ounces grated chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon fat
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Make a sauce of the milk, flour, chocolate, fat and sugar.
  2. Stir in the egg yolks, and fold in the beaten egg whites.
  3. Proceed as in Prune Souffle.
