Ingredients for Chocolate Souffle Recipe
- 1 cup scalded milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 ounces grated chocolate
- 1 tablespoon fat
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Make a sauce of the milk, flour, chocolate, fat and sugar.
- Stir in the egg yolks, and fold in the beaten egg whites.
- Proceed as in Prune Souffle.
