Ingredients for Chocolate Sauce For Ice Cream

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 ounce of chocolate
  • ½ cup of water

Instructions

  1. Cook the sugar to caramel, add the water, let boil to a syrup, add the chocolate and let boil two or three minutes.
  2. Strain through a cloth and use cold as the maple syrup.
