Chocolate Icing Recipe 2

Ingredients for Chocolate Icing

  • 4 ounces (4 squares) chocolate
  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 2 whites of egg
  • L½ tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate with the milk and water.
  2. Beat the egg whites stiff.
  3. Add the sugar slowly, beating well.
  4. Then the melted chocolate.
  5. Mix and beat well until smooth.
  6. Spread on cake.
