Ingredients for Chocolate Icing

  • +++
  • 1-½ square chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup Red Label
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • Few grains salt
  • Sifted confectioners sugar to spread - about 1-½ cups

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate, add the corn syrup, salt and vanilla and gradually the confectioners sugar, beating with a wire whisk.
