Chocolate Fondue Recipe

• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate
• 1/4 cup apricot brandy
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup

1. Pulse the chocolate in a blender until chopped.
2. Warm the heavy cream until hot but not boiling.
3. In a mixing bowl, stir together the chocolate and cream until smooth.
4. Stir in the brandy and corn syrup.
5. Pour the chocolate into a fondue pot and heat.
