Chocolate Custard Pie Recipe

• 2 cups of 2 percent milk
• 2 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 3 tbsp. flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3 tsp. cocoa
• 1 premade 9-inch pie crust

1. Blend the egg yolks, flour, and sugar together in a large bowl.
2. Add the milk, vanilla, and cocoa and mix until smooth.
3. Slowly bring to a bowl on the stovetop.
4. Once it begins to boil, remove from heat and carefully pour into pie shell.
5. If adding meringue or other topping, allow pie to cool first.
