Ingredients for Chocolate Cream Filling
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk, boiling
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1½ squares of chocolate, melted
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Mix sugar, flour, beaten egg and melted chocolate.
- Pour in gradually the boiling milk and cook for about 4 minutes or until smooth and thick.
- Stir constantly to prevent scorching.
- Let cool off and spread between layers of cake.
