Ingredients for Chocolate Covered Coffee Bean Recipe
- 1/3 cup roasted coffee beans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips, either in a microwave or in a double boiler, until smooth.
- Add several coffee beans to the melted chocolate, stirring until beans are completely coated with chocolate.
- Remove beans from chocolate and place on wax paper to harden.
- Repeat with remaining coffee beans.
- Freeze in a single layer for 30 minutes or leave at room temperature overnight.
- Store coffee beans in an airtight container.
