Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

• 24 ounces plain cream cheese
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 3 eggs
• 1 graham cracker pie crust

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Soften cream cheese and stir in sugar, vanilla, and almond.
3. Mix on medium until fully blended and smooth.
4. Mix in eggs one at a time.
5. Melt chocolate chips and blend them into the mixture.
6. Pour slowly into the pie crust and bake for 10 minutes.
7. Reduce temp to 250 degrees and bake for another 30-40 minutes.
8. Chill in refrigerator after baking.
