Ingredients for Chocolate Blanc Mange Recipe 1

- 3 cups milk
- ½ cup corn syrup
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup Argo or Kingsfords Cornstarch
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
Instructions
- Scald the milk and corn syrup, add the cornstarch, cocoa, salt and water, stirred smooth, and cook over hot water for twenty minutes at least, stirring occasionally.
- Flavor, mould, chill and serve.
