Ingredients for Chocolate And Cocoanut Pudding

• 2 cups milk, scalded
• ½ cup sugar
• ¾ cup chocolate, grated
• ½ cup coconut, grated
• 3 eggs

Instructions

1. Mix eggs, coconut, chocolate, and sugar together.
2. Add slowly the scalded milk.
3. Pour into a pudding dish.
4. Set pudding dish in a roasting pan partially filled with hot water.
5. Bake in moderate oven for about 45 to 50 minutes.
