Ingredients for Chicken Or Turkey Fritters Recipe
- Cold cooked chicken or turkey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fritter batter
Instructions
- Separate some cold cooked chicken or turkey from the bones and cut into pieces about half an inch thick and an inch and a half long. The pieces do not need to be the same shape.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dip into fritter batter, coating well on all sides.
- Fry in deep hot fat until a golden brown.
- Drain on brown or soft paper to absorb the grease.
