Ingredients for Chicken Or Turkey Fritters Recipe

  • Cold cooked chicken or turkey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fritter batter

Instructions

  1. Separate some cold cooked chicken or turkey from the bones and cut into pieces about half an inch thick and an inch and a half long. The pieces do not need to be the same shape.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dip into fritter batter, coating well on all sides.
  3. Fry in deep hot fat until a golden brown.
  4. Drain on brown or soft paper to absorb the grease.
