Ingredients for Chicken and Rice Crockpot Recipe

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 10 ounces frozen broccoli

Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken on both sides. Does not need to be cooked through.
  2. In the Crock Pot, stir together the rice, soup, and broth.
  3. Add the thighs and spoon the rice mixture over top.
  4. Cook on low for three hours.
  5. Stir in broccoli, then cook for another hour.
