Ingredients for Chicken and Rice Crockpot Recipe
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli
Instructions
- Brown the chicken on both sides. Does not need to be cooked through.
- In the Crock Pot, stir together the rice, soup, and broth.
- Add the thighs and spoon the rice mixture over top.
- Cook on low for three hours.
- Stir in broccoli, then cook for another hour.
