Ingredients for Chicken Timbales Ii Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup stale bread crumbs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
  • ½ tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter over low heat; add bread crumbs and milk; cook five minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Add chicken, parsley, and eggs.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Butter individual moulds. Fill to two-thirds with chicken mixture. Set in pan of hot water, cover with buttered paper, and bake 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with bechamel sauce.
