Chicken Lo Mein Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Lo Mein Recipe
- 2 tsp. peanut oil
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1/2 tsp. minced pared ginger root
- 8 oz. skinned and boned chicken breasts
- 1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 c. sprouts
- 1 tsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 cup cooked angel hair
Instructions
- Slice chicken into thin strips and dice the green onions.
- Warm oil in a large frying pan or skillet.
- Add onions and ginger and heat for one minute while stirring.
- Add chicken and continue stirring until outside of chicken is brown.
- Add remaining vegetables and cook until tender and chicken is cooked through.
- Add sauces and noodles and heat through.
