Ingredients for Chicken Liver and Macaroni Soup Recipe

  • 6 chicken livers, chopped fine
  • 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
  • 6 tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup macaroni, broken in pieces
  • 3 cups water
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put chicken livers, onion, tomatoes, water and seasonings in a sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the macaroni.
  4. Cover.
  5. Let boil slowly for 25 minutes.
