Ingredients for Chicken In Cups Recipe

  • Chicken (leftover), cooked, passed through meat grinder
  • 1 egg for each 1 cup of chopped chicken
  • 1/2 milk, scalded, for each 1 cup of chopped chicken
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix egg and milk well. Add the seasonings and chicken; stir.
  2. Pour mixture into coffee cups.
  3. Set coffee cups in pan of water.
  4. Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve as an entree.
