Ingredients for Chicken In Cups Recipe
- Chicken (leftover), cooked, passed through meat grinder
- 1 egg for each 1 cup of chopped chicken
- 1/2 milk, scalded, for each 1 cup of chopped chicken
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Mix egg and milk well. Add the seasonings and chicken; stir.
- Pour mixture into coffee cups.
- Set coffee cups in pan of water.
- Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve as an entree.
