Chicken Cream Broth Recipe

• 4 cups chicken stock
• ½ cup top milk
• 1 tablespoon chicken fat
• 1-½ tablespoons cornstarch
• Salt, pepper, and mace to season

1. Combine the chicken stock and top milk and bring to boiling point.
2. Thicken with the cornstarch and chicken fat creamed together.
3. Season to taste and serve with croutons.
