Ingredients for Chestnut Dressing Recipe

• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 tablespoon cream
• Salt to taste
• Dash of cayenne
• Grated nutmeg to taste
• 2 tablespoons hot water
• 1 cup chestnuts, boiled and mashed

Instructions

1. Mix bread crumbs, melted butter, and cream in a bowl.
2. Add salt, cayenne, nutmeg, and hot water; mix well together.
3. Add chestnuts to the mixture. Mix until well blended.
