Ingredients for Cherry Pie Recipe 3
- 3 cups cherries, washed, stoned
- 1½ cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Pastry pie crust for top and bottom
Instructions
- Line pie plate with pie crust.
- Mix cornstarch and flour with water.
- Put cherries in pie crust.
- Sprinkle evenly with sugar.
- Pour corstarch mixture over cherries.
- Wet edges of under crust, cover with upper crust, and press edges slightly together.
- Bake in moderate oven (325-275 degrees) for about 35 minutes.
