Ingredients for Cherry Cheesecake Recipe
- 1 Nine-inch prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 21 ounce can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In medium-sized mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, lemon juice, condensed milk, and vanilla.
- Blend well with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into the pie crust. Place in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
- Once mixture has set, pour cherry pie filling on top of pie and serve.
