Ingredients for Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

  • 1 Nine-inch prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 21 ounce can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In medium-sized mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, lemon juice, condensed milk, and vanilla.
  2. Blend well with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into the pie crust. Place in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
  3. Once mixture has set, pour cherry pie filling on top of pie and serve.
