Cheese Sauce Recipe 2

Ingredients for Cheese Sauce

• 2 to 4 ounces cheese
• Mustard and paprika
• 1 cup medium or thin white sauce

Instructions

1. Put the cheese through a food chopper.
2. Mix with the white sauce.
3. Set over hot water and stir until the cheese is thoroughly blended with the sauce.
4. Season with mustard and paprika.
