Ingredients for Cheese Fondue Recipe 1

• 2 ounces of butter
• 3 ounces of cheese
• 4 whites of eggs
• Salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Whip the eggs slightly and stir in small pieces of the butter.
2. Add the cheese and seasoning and pour into a greased dish.
3. Bake in a hot oven to set and serve immediately.
