Ingredients for Cheese And Whites Of Eggs Recipe

  • 2 ounces of cheese
  • 1/4 pint milk
  • 1 ounce of butter
  • 4 eggs whites
  • 4 fingers buttered toast
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and cheese in a saucepan; do not let it boil.
  2. Add the egg whites, seasoning, and milk.
  3. Stir until it thickens, pour on hot toast, and serve at once.
