Celery Sandwiches Recipe

Instructions

1. Butter the bread on the loaf, having first creamed the butter.
2. Cut off the crusts, and beginning at one corner of the slice, roll it tightly over two sticks of crisp celery.
3. The butter will hold it together.
4. The celery should be broken into thin strips about the size of the smallest stalks toward the leaf end, and also cut an appropriate length.
