Celery Baked With Vinegar Recipe

Ingredients for Celery Baked With Vinegar

• 2 stalks of celery, leaves removed, washed, cut in
• Halves lengthwise
• ½ cup vinegar
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

1. Boil celery in salted water for about 20 minutes.
2. Remove celery from water and put in baking dish.
3. Boil vinegar with sugar and butter.
4. Pour over celery and bake in hot oven for about 10 minutes.
5. Then serve.
