Celery And Rhubarb Recipe

Ingredients for Celery And Rhubarb

• 1 stalk celery, washed, peeled, cut in medium sized pieces
• 2 cups rhubarb, peeled, diced
• 3 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Boil the celery in salted water for about 10 minutes.
2. Drain off water.
3. Place in a pudding dish with the rhubarb, butter and seasonings.
4. Bake in hot oven for about 10 minutes.
5. Then serve.
