Ingredients for Celery And Rhubarb
- 1 stalk celery, washed, peeled, cut in medium sized pieces
- 2 cups rhubarb, peeled, diced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil the celery in salted water for about 10 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Place in a pudding dish with the rhubarb, butter and seasonings.
- Bake in hot oven for about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
