Celery Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients for Celery Stuffing Recipe

• ½ bunch celery
• 2 tablespoons butter or other fat
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 quart stale but not dry bread crumbs
• 2 tablespoons salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

1. Chop the celery fine.
2. Melt the butter or other fat over low heat. Add the bread crumbs and mix well.
3. Add the celery, salt and pepper, and the eggs.
4. Mix until thoroughly combine.
5. Use to stuff chicken or turkey and bake as directed in recipe.
