Ingredients for Carrots With Parsley And Butter
- 12 carrots, peeled, quartered
- 1/3 cup parsley, washed, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil carrots in salted water for 35 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put carrots, butter, seasonings, and parsley in a sauce pan.
- Cover.
- Let cook for about 3 minutes.
- Then serve.
