Ingredients for Carrots And Celery Roots
- 6 carrots, peeled, quartered
- 4 celery roots, peeled, sliced
- ½ cup milk, scalded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil carrots and celery roots in salted water for about 30 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Mash with a potato masher.
- Add milk, butter and seasonings.
- Mix well, then serve.
