Ingredients for Carrots And Bacon

  • 8 carrots, peeled, sliced thin
  • 8 slices bacon
  • ½ tablespoon butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the carrots in salted water for about 8 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Season the carrots.
  4. Put butter and bacon in a frying pan.
  5. When butter starts to foam, add the carrots.
  6. Let cook until bacon is crisp.
  7. The carrots will sometimes become dark; this is due to the bacon.
  8. Serve.
