Ingredients for Carrot And Cranberry Soup Recipe

  • 5 carrots, large, peeled, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup milk, scalded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a stew pan.
  2. Boil together for about 20 minutes.
  3. Drain off liquid into a saucepan.
  4. Mash solids with a potato masher.
  5. Add the liquid gradually, mix well, bring to a boil, and serve.
