Ingredients for Carrot, Pea And Turnip Soup Recipe
- 1 cup green peas, shelled
- 2 carrots, peeled, sliced
- 1 turnip, peeled, sliced
- 6 cups water, boiling
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Mince all of the vegetables; using a food processor is recommended.
- Put in stew pan with all other ingredients.
- Cook for about 20 minutes.
- Then serve.
