Ingredients for Caramel Sauce

  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • 2 drops vanilla
  • 2 egg whites
  • A few grains salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff, with the salt and vanilla.
  2. Then slowly and steadily beat in the corn syrup.
