Ingredients for Caramel Jelly Recipe 1
- 1 tablespoon granulated gelatine
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 2 cups thin cream
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar cooked to caramel
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Soak the gelatine in the cold water.
- Cook the caramel and boiling water to a thick syrup.
- Add the softened gelatine, sugar, salt, and cream and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Strain into molds.
