Ingredients for Calf's Liver With Bacon And Potatoes

  • 4 slices calf's liver
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 potatoes, peeled, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Flour
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the potatoes, butter and bacon in a frying pan.
  2. Put on fire.
  3. On top place slices of calf's liver dredged with flour and seasonings.
  4. Cover with a plate.
  5. Let cook for about 10 minutes.
  6. If potatoes cook too rapidly, move them with a fork.
  7. Then serve.
