Ingredients for Calf's Liver With Tomatoes

  • 8 slices calf's liver
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut slices of calf's liver in half.
  2. Fry quickly in butter in frying pan.
  3. Remove calf's liver from frying pan, leaving butter in frying pan.
  4. Slice the tomatoes and season highly.
  5. Put them in frying pan and cook very quickly on very hot fire for about 5 minutes.
  6. Pour tomato over calf's liver.
