Ingredients for Calf's Liver With Onions And Potatoes

  • Calf's liver (leftover), cooked, passed through meat
  • Grinder
  • Onions, peeled, chopped
  • Potatoes, peeled, passed through meat grinder
  • Butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Use an equal amount of potatoes and calf's liver.
  2. Mix calf's liver onions and potatoes together.
  3. Season.
  4. Put butter in a frying pan.
  5. When foaming put mixture in frying pan.
  6. Put frying pan in moderate oven and bake for 25 minutes.
